# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2001, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2001/162 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Coming into force 31st May 2001
The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 29(2) of the Child Support, Pensions and Social Security Act 2000 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
