  "text": "In regulation 1 of the Child Support (Collection and Enforcement and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2000 there shall be inserted after paragraph (2)—\n“(2A) Regulation 2(6)(b) and, for the purposes of that provision, this regulation, shall come into force on 31st May 2001.”.",
