# The Child Support (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2007, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st August 2007
The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14(1), 32(1), 34(1), 35(7) and 52(4) of, and paragraphs 5(1), 5(2) and 10(1) of Schedule 1to, the Child Support Act 1991.
In accordance with section 52(2) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
