Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1(2) to (4)
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 28G(3), 42, 51(1), 52(4), 54 and 55(1)(b) of, and paragraphs 10(1) and (2)(b) and 10C(2)(b) of Schedule 1 to, the Child Support Act 1991and sections 55(3) and (4) and 57(2) of the Child Maintenance and Other Payments Act 2008 makes the following Regulations:
