# The Child Support (Northern Ireland) Order 1991, Article 45: Conduct of proceedings


Any officer of the Department who is authorised by the Department for the purposes of this Article may, although not of counsel or a solicitor, prosecute or conduct before a court of summary jurisdiction any proceedings under this Order.
