  "text": "This regulation applies to—\n(a) evidence provided by the non-resident parent in the form of—\n(i) a bank statement;\n(ii) a duplicate of a cashed cheque;\n(iii) a receipt from the payee; or\n(iv) a receipted bill or invoice; or\n(b) verification orally or in writing from the person with care.",
