Laid before Parliament 12th July 2013
Coming into force 5th August 2013
The Treasury make these Regulations exercising their powers in section 3(1) to (3) and (5), section 7 and section 28(1), (2) and (3)(b) and (d) of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004.
