in paragraph 2(2)(a)(via) after “stock exchange” insert “or, in the European Economic Area, admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange”; and

(b)

in paragraph 2(6) in the definition of “equities” after “exchange” insert “or, in the European Economic Area, admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange”.
