# The Child Trust Funds (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2017, Regulation 3: Amendment of the Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004


In regulation 10(3) (statements for an account) for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c) where a person has been appointed by the Treasury or the Secretary of State by virtue of section 3(10) of the Act, to that person on behalf of the child, and”.
