Regulation 6 The Official Solicitor or Accountant of Court to be the person who has the authority to manage an account

After paragraph (2A) in regulation 33A insert—

“(2B)

The unique identifier of a local authority as referred to in paragraph (2A)(a) is the number allocated to the local authority by the Board for the purpose of these Regulations.”.
