Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 3(1) to (5), 5, 7, 8(1), 13, 16 and 28(1) to (4) of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004 (“the Act”), hereby make the following Regulations:
