Regulation 15 Amendments to the Child Trust Funds Regulations 2004

For regulation 33(3)(f) (information about “looked after children” from Local Authorities) substitute—

“(f)

whether the local authority has information that the child is or may be a person subject to immigration control (within the meaning in section 115(9) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999^f1), and the nature of that information,”.
