Coming into force
for the purposes of Regulations 1, 2(1), 2(3), 2(4) 16th March 2013
for the purpose of Regulation 2(2) 6th April 2013
The Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3, 15, 12(2) and 28(1) to (3) of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004, make the following Regulations:
