# The Child Trust Funds (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 22nd February 2017
Coming into force 6th April 2017
The Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers in sections 3(1) and (10), 12(2), 15 and 28(1) and (2) of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004.
