# The Child Trust Funds (Amendment) Regulations 2023, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 6th March 2023
Laid before Parliament 7th March 2023
Coming into force 6th April 2023
The Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1) to (3), 3(5), 7, 7C, and 28(2) and (3) of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004.
