  "text": "CHILD TRUST FUNDS\nMade 27th May 2004\nLaid before Parliament 27th May 2004\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 3(1) to (5) and (7), 5(1), (4) and (5), 6, 7, 8(1), 9(2) and (10)(b), 11(1), 12(2), 13, 15, 16, 23(1) and 28(1) to (4) of the Child Trust Funds Act 2004 , hereby make the following Regulations:",
