  "text": "In section 42 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000 (interpretation of Part 2) in subsection (1) for the definition of “day care premises” substitute—\n““day care premises” means—\n(a) in relation to England, premises in respect of which a person is registered, otherwise than as a childminder, under Part 3 of the Childcare Act 2006,\n(b) in relation to Wales, premises in respect of which a person is registered under Part 10A of the Children Act 1989 for providing day care,”.",
