  "text": "(1) The following provisions come into force on the day on which this Act is passed—\nthis section,\nsections 104 to 108,\nsections 110 and 111, and\nparagraph 1 of Schedule 2 (and section 103(1) so far as relating to that paragraph).\n(2) The other provisions of this Act come into force in accordance with provision made by order by the appropriate authority (as determined under section 110).",
