  "text": "In this Part—\n“childcare” means—\n(a)child minding or day care within the meaning of Part 10A of the Children Act 1989 (c. 41) Part 2 of the Children and Families (Wales) Measure 2010 in respect of which the provider is required to be registered under that Part;\n(b)care provided by a person of a description approved in accordance with a scheme made by the Assembly under section 12(5) of the Tax Credits Act 2002 (c. 21);\n“prescribed” means prescribed by regulations made by the Assembly.",
