# Childcare Act 2006, Section 51F: False representations


(1) A person who without reasonable excuse falsely represents that the person is an early years childminder agency commits an offence.
(2) A person guilty of an offence under subsection (1) is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
