  "text": "(1) Section 4 of the Education Act 1996 (c. 56) (schools: general) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1) after “In this Act” insert “ (subject to subsection (1A)) ”.\n(3) After subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) An institution which—\n(a) provides only early years provision (as defined by section 96(2) of the Childcare Act 2006), and\n(b) is not a maintained nursery school,\nis not a school.”",
