  "heading": "Power of constable to assist in exercise of power of entry",
  "text": "(1) The Chief Inspector may apply to a court for a warrant under this section.\n(2) Subsection (3) applies if on an application under subsection (1) it appears to the court that the Chief Inspector—\n(a) has attempted to exercise a power conferred by section 98D but has been prevented from doing so, or\n(b) is likely to be prevented from exercising any such power.\n(3) The court may issue a warrant authorising any constable to assist the Chief Inspector in the exercise of the power, using reasonable force if necessary.\n(4) A warrant under this section must be addressed to, and executed by, a constable.\n( 5 ) . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\n(6) In this section “ court ” means the High Court or the family court.",
