  "text": "Children And Young Persons, England\nMade 19th December 2016\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(2), (3), (4) and (7), 2(1), (2), (4) and (5) and 4(2) of the Childcare Act 2016 .\nIn accordance with section 4(4) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nIn accordance with section 2(3) of that Act, these Regulations are made with the consent of the Treasury.",
