Paragraph 14
In relation to registration of a children’s home—
(a)
a refusal of his application for registration under section 13 of the Care Standards Act 2000;
(b)
cancellation of his registration under section 14 or 20(1) of the Care Standards Act 2000;
(c)
cancellation of the registration of any person under section 14 or 20(1) of the Care Standards Act 2000 in relation to a children’s home which he has been concerned in the management of, or had any financial interest in; or
(d)
refusal of his application for registration or cancellation of his registration under the Health and Personal Social Services (Quality, Improvement and Regulation) (Northern Ireland) Order 2003f1.
