# The Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), these Regulations shall come into force on 1st September 2009.
(3) Paragraph 4 of Schedule 1 comes in to force on 19th October 2009.
