# The Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009, Regulation 8: Persons barred from regulated activity relating to children


A person who is barred from regulated activity relating to children within the meaning of section 3(2) of the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 is disqualified from registration.
