An offence contrary to section 170 of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979^f1 in relation to goods prohibited to be imported under section 42 of the Customs Consolidation Act 1876^f2 (prohibitions and restrictions) where the prohibited goods included indecent photographs of a child.

An offence by virtue of—

(a)

section 72 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (offences outside the United Kingdom); or

(b)

section 16B of the Criminal Law (Consolidation) (Scotland) Act 1995 (commission of certain sexual offences outside the United Kingdom)^f3.
