Article 2 Amendments to the Childcare (Exemptions from Registration) Order 2008

The Childcare (Exemptions from Registration) Order 2008^f1 is amended as follows.

In Article 3, omit “or” after sub paragraph (b) and after sub-paragraph (c) insert “; or” and the following—

“(d)

for—

(i)

a child or children in the course of a friendship with the parents of that child or children; and

(ii)

the provision is not made in exchange for payment.”.

In this Article “payment” means a payment of money or money’s worth, but does not include the provision of goods or services.
