The Secretary of State for Children, Schools and Families makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 35(2)(c), 36(2)(c), 37(5), 54(2)(c), 55(2)(c), 56(5), 62(2)(c), 63(2)(c), 64(5), 89, 92(5) and 104(2) of the Childcare Act 2006f1:
