The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 49, 50, 61 and 104(2) of the Childcare Act 2006f1.

2006 c. 21. Section 49 is amended by paragraph 33 of Schedule 1 to the Education and Skills Act 2008 (c. 25) but the amendment is not yet in force and by paragraph 18 of the Schedule to S.I. 2012/976. Sections 50 and 61 were amended by paragraphs 111 and 112 respectively, of Schedule 14 to the Education and Inspections Act 2006 (c. 40).
