Regulation 12 Notification of inspection: later years childminders
Where a later years childminderf1 who is registered in Part A of the general childcare registerf2 becomes aware of the fact that the later years childminding is to be inspected by the Chief Inspector, that provider must notify that fact to a parent of each child for whom the later years childminding is for the time being provided.
