  "heading": "Calculating the top-up element of payments etc",
  "text": "(1) For the purposes of this Act the “top-up element” of any amount is an amount equal to the relevant percentage of that amount.\n(2) The “relevant percentage” is the percentage given by—\nR 100 + R × 100where R is the percentage for the time being specified in section 1(4).",
