# The Childcare Payments (Eligibility) (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 6: Amendment of the Childcare Payments (Eligibility) Regulations 2015


In regulation 12 (qualifying paid work: time off in connection with sickness or parenting)—
(a) in paragraph (1)(f) omit “ordinary or additional”,
(b) in paragraph (1)(g) for “an ordinary” substitute “a”,
(c) omit paragraph (1)(h), and
(d) in paragraph (4) for “14” substitute “31”.
