# The Childcare Payments (Eligibility) (Amendment) Regulations 2017, Regulation 7: Amendment of the Childcare Payments (Eligibility) Regulations 2015


In regulation 13 (qualifying paid work: caring, incapacity for work or limited capability for work) at paragraph (1)(b)(v) substitute—
“(v) contributory employment and support allowance under section 1 of the Welfare Reform Act 2007 or section 1 of the Welfare Reform Act (Northern Ireland) 2007; or”.
