  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Childcare (Voluntary Registration) Regulations 2007 which govern the voluntary registration of childminders and other providers of childcare in Part B of the general childcare register (under Chapter 4 of Part 3 of the Childcare Act 2006). Regulation 2 inserts a new regulation which makes provision for an annual fee to be paid by a person, who is registered in Part B of the general childcare register, on the anniversary of their registration. The fee is £100 for childminders and £110 for other providers of childcare.",
