  "text": "(1) The Childcare (Voluntary Registration) Regulations 2007 are amended as follows.\n(2) After regulation 7 insert—\n“Annual fee payable by a registered person\n7A. (1) The time prescribed for the purposes of section 89(1) of the Act is the day which is the anniversary of the date of a person’s registration under section 64(1) or (2) of the Act.\n(2) The fee prescribed for the purposes of section 89(1) of the Act is—\n(a) in the case of a person registered under section 64(1) of the Act, £100;\n(b) in the case of a person registered under section 64(2) of the Act, £110.”.",
