# The Childcare (Voluntary Registration) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 5: Information about the applicant for registration


The following information about any criminal convictions of the applicant—
(a) the date of the offence;
(b) the nature of the offence;
(c) the place where the offence occurred;
(d) the name of the court where the person was convicted; and
(e) the penalty imposed.
