# The Childcare (Voluntary Registration) Regulations 2007, Paragraph 9: Suitability of persons to care for, etc, the children being cared for


The registered person and any person caring for, or in regular contact with, children—
(a) is suitable to work with children,
(b) is of integrity and good character,
(c) has skills and experience suitable for the work,
(d) is physically and mentally fit for the work.
