  "text": "The following section is inserted after section 11—\n“ Local authority functions under certain supervision orders.\n11A The Secretary of State may make regulations with respect to the exercise by a local authority of their functions in a case where a person has been placed under their supervision by an order made under section 1(3)(b) or 21(2) of this Act.”",
