# Children Act 1989, Paragraph 18

Extent: E+W+S

In section 2(2) of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 (matters referred to social work committee) after paragraph (j) there shall be inserted—
“(k) section 19 and Part X of the Children Act 1989,”.
