  "text": "(1) The court may discharge any education supervision order on the application of—\n(a) the child concerned;\n(b) a parent of his; or\n(c) the local authority designated in the order.\n(2) On discharging an education supervision order, the court may direct the local authority within whose area the child lives, or will live, to investigate the circumstances of the child.",
