  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Children Act 2004 (Children’s Services) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st September 2005.\n(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.\n(3) In these Regulations—\n“the 2000 Act” means the Care Standards Act 2000;\n“the 2004 Act” means the Children Act 2004; and\n“the Health and Social Care Act” means the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act 2003.",
