# The Children Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2005, Note: Explanatory note

This is the third Commencement Order made under the Children Act 2004.
This Commencement Order brings section 62 of the Children Act 2004 (c. 31) into force on 12th April 2005. Section 62 concerns publication of material relating to legal proceedings.
