This Order is the fifth Commencement Order made under the Act.
The Order brings section 12 of the Act into force. Section 12 concerns the establishment and operation of databases containing information in respect of persons to whom arrangements under section 10 or 11 of the Act, or under section 175 of the Education Act 2002f1, relate.
