  "text": "(1) Part 1 extends to the whole of the United Kingdom (unless otherwise specifically provided).\n(2) Parts 2 to 4 extend to England and Wales only.\n(3) In Part 5—\n(a) sections 44 to 62 extend to England and Wales only;\n(b) section 63 extends to the whole of the United Kingdom.\n(4) In this Part—\n(a) section 64 and Schedule 5 extend to England and Wales only; and\n(b) the remaining provisions extend to the whole of the United Kingdom.",
