# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2005, Article 10: Amendments to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991


In articles 6 to 13, after “section 1(2)”, wherever it appears, insert “and, where applicable, section 1(3) of the Adoption and Children Act 2002”.
