This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2007/774 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument

The Lord Chancellor after consulting the Lord Chief Justice makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by Part I of Schedule 11 of the Children Act 1989:
