Article 3 Child Support Act 1991

In article 3, at the end of paragraph (1) there shall be inserted the following:

“(s)

section 27(1) of the Child Support Act 1991^f1 (declaration of parentage);

(t)

section 20 of the Child Support Act 1991 (appeals) where the proceedings are to be dealt with in accordance with the Child Support Appeals (Jurisdiction of Courts) Order 1993^f2.”.
