# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1994, Article 3


In article 3, at the end of paragraph (1) there shall be inserted:
“(u) section 30 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990 (parental orders in favour of gamete donors).”.
