# The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 1994, Article 5


In column (ii) of Schedule 2, for “Stoke-on-Trent County Court” where it appears opposite the entry in column (i) for the petty sessions area of Burton-upon-Trent, there shall be substituted “Derby County Court”.
